Sold out event attracts 2,000 cigar enthusiasts to the 2010 Midwest Smoke Out.

The first-ever Midwest Smoke Out received rave reviews from the more than 2,000 cigar aficionados who crowded the room to enjoy fine spirits, foods and, of course, cigars. “It was phenomenal,” said attendee Phill Sino of Chicago. “There were a lot of interesting vendors and everyone seemed very happy. People didn’t just come in for 20 minutes and leave; they stayed for hours.”

The sold-out show attracted everyone from casual cigar fans to company executives out for a first-class networking and client appreciation event. Attendees sampled 18 premium cigars including brands like Camacho, Room 101, Xikar, VegaFina, UpperCut, Perdomo, Gran Habanos, Fonseca, Los Blancos, CAO, Carlos Torano and Honduras Caribbean. Overall, more than 20,000 free cigars were distributed to attendees. In addition to cigars, the Midwest Smoke Out also featured tastings of spirits, beers and wines, fare from local restaurants, and luxury automobiles, jewelry and recreation.
